Custom T-Shirt Printing for the Whole Country
Tee Print USA is a full-service custom apparel printer serving businesses, schools, teams and events nationwide. From our production floor, we run direct-to-garment printers, automatic screen printing presses, commercial embroidery heads and DTF film printers — which means your order is matched to the right method, not the only method.
Which printing method should I choose?
Screen printing is the bulk-order champion: the more you print, the cheaper each piece gets, and solid colors come out punchy and durable. DTG handles photographic, multi-color artwork with no minimums, making it perfect for small drops and samples. Embroidery gives polos, caps and jackets a premium stitched finish that outlasts the garment itself. And DTF transfers put vivid color on tricky fabrics like polyester sportswear.
Not sure? That's literally what our quote form is for — describe the job and we'll recommend the best method with honest reasoning, not upselling.
How pricing works
Custom printing prices depend on three things: the garment you choose, the number of ink colors or stitch count, and quantity. Volume discounts start at 25 pieces and grow from there — a 100-piece order can cost 40% less per shirt than a 10-piece order. Every quote itemizes these costs so you can dial the budget up or down.
